Welcoming personnel, very clean rooms, excellent location. Such a stylish hotel - easy walk to everything. Had nice dainties at Mandarina's Cafe, located a few steps away from the venue. Would definitely return here, do recommend it to others.

Super base for a 7-night stay. Staff was EXCELLENT and room overlooked courtyard. A handy kitchenette was well-equipped with a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and glassware. Thanks to waiter. Only 10 minutes walk from Playa del Carmen center.
